Recipe ~ Chia seed pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (more for thinner texture) 
- 2 tbsp chia seeds 
Optional
- 1 tbsp maple syrup 
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
- Fresh fruit, nuts & seeds 
Step one
Add chia seeds & milk together in a mug, bowl or jar. Refrigerate and leave to soak overnight.
Step two
Top with your choice of fresh fruit, nuts & seeds. Yoghurt, cream & muesli go great as a topping.
